We are a family owned and operated company. Our grandparents built the first mobile home park in the Coalville in the early eighties, then purchased the second park in Coalville in the early nineties. In the mid-nineties they purchased another park in Evanston WY known as South and Jones previously. The park was comprised of about 20 ran down trailers on dirt lots and some gravel roads. With hard work and diligent attention to quality we now have a well manicured community of 100 mobile homes as well as a sister community, Willow Park. The addition of Willow Park brought another 117 lots into the carful care of our buisness.
