Just some friendly reminders for our Residents:
Proof of Home owners insurance is required to be in each resident file. An additional fee of $100.00 a month will be assessed if there is no Insurance policy on file, or if the policy should lapse or expire
lot rent was increased to $375 beginning Feb. 1st 2025.
NOTICES OF THE INCREASE WAS SENT OUT TO EVERY ONE VIA EMAIL OR USPS IF NO EMAIL ADDRESS IS ON FILE.
