🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – FRESH ASPHALT ON B AVENUE
Please DO NOT drive on the fresh asphalt on B Avenue in North Park Village until you receive a text from the office stating that it is safe to do so.
The asphalt needs adequate time to cure. Driving on it before authorization can damage the new surface.
Please use an alternate route until further notice. We will send a text when B Avenue is ready for traffic.

Proof of Home owners insurance is required to be in each resident file. An additional fee of $100.00 a month will be assessed if there is no Insurance policy on file, or if the policy should lapse or expire
