We are a family owned and operated company. Our grandparents built the first mobile home park in the Coalville in the early eighties, then purchased the second park in Coalville in the early nineties. In the mid-nineties they purchased another park in Evanston WY, and now we have the three mobile home parks in Evanston, and Monkey Shines Mall, Car Wash and Laundromat.
