We rent our lots at a rate of $350 per month in both North Park Village and Willow Park RV lots for extended stay in Willow Park! Only $500 a month We rent the dirt, NOT the dwelling. Our communities are strickly tenant-owned homes (TOH) This means each home is owned by the resident. The park owner just rents the lot, or the space in an RV community. We occasionally renovate mobile homes and sell them, however we do not have rentals and we do not allow thrd party rentals.
